The Black Sea Camp facilities are available for retreats, conferences and camps during the following months: May (15-31), June, July, August and September.

Accommodations are available for 150 people per week.

Reservations are accepted from organizers or sponsors of Christian camps, conferences and retreats for children, youth, adults or families. If space is available, you may come to the camp as a family for a time of spiritual renewal; however, we give reservation priority to organized groups.

If you need assistance, we can help you organize a camp session for children, youth or adults. A minimum of 50 people is required for this service.

Because we receive many requests, please send your reservation need to us as soon as possible. A deposit is required to hold specific dates for camps. We take reservations no later than six months before the start date of the camp session.
